“I founded Evergreen Solution Group because I’ve seen firsthand that the way you grow matters just as much as how fast you grow.
My journey has shaped this company. At Alabama, I was a three-time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree, earned my master’s degree, and made the Dean’s List multiple times — all while winning a national championship. That experience taught me discipline, resilience, and what it takes to build a winning culture. Later, I sharpened my leadership skills through coursework at Stanford, preparing me to guide organizations through transformation.
I then spent over 15 years in workforce development and crisis management, helping organizations strengthen their people and navigate disruption. From there, I transitioned into the tech sector, where I spent five years at ServiceNow, playing a role in scaling the company into a $200 billion enterprise. For that work, I was honored as one of Silicon Valley’s 40 Under 40.
Evergreen Solution Group is the culmination of all those experiences. We help companies expand into new markets, strengthen their brand, and build trust with employees, customers, and communities. But more than that, we help organizations scale with resilience — aligning culture, leadership, and systems so growth is sustainable.
